Location based in Flint
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from receiving and processing online orders to coordinating and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Receive and review customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter orders into the system and update order status as necessary.
- Coordinate with inventory management to ensure stock levels meet demand.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate team.
- Assist in stock replenishment and manage returns and exchanges.
Customer Service:
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving order fulfillment processes and efficiency.
- Implement best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, warehouse, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Provide support and training to new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
- Cannabis Industry experience preferred.
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Dutchie POS and METRC knowledge major plus!!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
