Dir of Operations & Commercial Property Manager – San Diego, CA

3+ year of commercial property management and supervisor experience.
Assist in supervising all property managers and overseeing the operations of the property management department.
Manage the commercial portfolio of properties in all aspects of property operations.
Strong Tenant & Vendor relations
Ability to read, interpret, and understand leases and other legal documents.
California Real Estate License (current)
Familiar with software; Excel, AppFolio, CoStar, AIR forms, MLS, OnSite, etc.
Comp: $85-95K
