Position Overview: We are seeking a Director of Marketing with a formidable background as a TRUE Brand Ambassador in the beverage industry, especially within the health and wellness sector. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, focusing on expanding our presence in the sports marketing realm and broader health drink category. The ideal candidate will bring a robust network within digital and traditional media and a track record of successful brand scaling in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Development: Lead the strategic vision, ensuring alignment with our core values of health, performance, and natural ingredients. Develop and implement marketing strategies that solidify our position as a leader in health beverages.
  • Sports Marketing Initiatives: Leverage existing relationships in professional sports to enhance brand visibility and endorsement opportunities. Expand our presence in sports-related media and events, we are synonymous with athletic performance and lifestyle.
  • Digital and Social Media Mastery: Oversee our digital marketing strategies, including social media presence, content marketing, and influencer partnerships. Utilize advanced analytics to refine digital campaigns and maximize ROI across all platforms.
  • Product Marketing and Innovation: Collaborate with product development teams to guide new product initiatives from conception through launch, focusing on alignment with consumer needs and market trends.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new and existing markets with a keen eye for global opportunities. Implement innovative marketing techniques to introduce the brand to a wider audience and increase market share.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a marketing team that reflects the company's culture of innovation and excellence. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the beverage industry. Proven experience in health and wellness products, particularly functional beverages.
  • Sports and Health Beverage Expertise: Extensive experience in sports marketing, with established connections in the sports and health beverage sectors. Familiarity with the dynamics of marketing to athletes and sports enthusiasts.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong background in digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising. Demonstrated ability to leverage digital platforms for brand growth.
  • Communication and Influence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical mindset with a proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and marketing strategies.
