Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and enhance HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a collaborative and employeefocused work environment. This seniorlevel role involves overseeing talent management employee relations and compliance with HR regulations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in human resources a commitment to creating a supportive workplace culture and a strategic approach to driving organizational success.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors in Business Administration Human Resource Management Public Administration or a related field.
• A Masters degree is preferred.

Experience Level:

• Extensive knowledge of employee relations HR management principles and regulatory compliance.
• 612 years of experience
• Proven track record in talent acquisition training and employee engagement.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Experience managing budgets and preparing detailed HR reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR).
• Experience designing and managing employee training and development programs.
