Job Description

We are a leading regional airline and a wholly owned subsidiary of a major carrier, seeking a dynamic Director of Flight Crew Operations . In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crew scheduling, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational efficiency while supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace for over 4,000 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Optimize maintenance operations and expedite aircraft repairs.
• Foster collaboration within Maintenance Control teams.
• Partner with Technical Services and Engineering for streamlined operations.
• Develop strategies to meet fleet availability goals.
• Identify organizational needs and enhance training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in aviation maintenance or related field.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant license.
• 5+ years of leadership in aircraft maintenance (Part 121, 129, 135, or 145).
• Experience in Maintenance Control and strong communication skills.

Preferred: Maintenix experience, Bachelor’s in Aviation Maintenance.
