Position: Part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon

Key Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with IDD in a community setting, helping with daily activities and fostering independence.
- Implement and bring to life Individual Support Plans (ISP), enhancing quality of life and fostering independence.
- Engage in personal care and skill-building activities, positively impacting all aspects of their lives.
- Organize outings, events, and social activities to foster inclusion and integration within the community.
- Ensure accurate documentation of activities and care provided, prioritizing safety and well-being.
What We’re Looking For: - Passion for making a difference (must be 18+)
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to become a company driver.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting approximately 50 lbs.
- Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills
- Successful completion of a level II background check
- Adaptability and a positive attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment.
