Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with IDD in a community setting, helping with daily activities and fostering independence.
  • Implement and bring to life Individual Support Plans (ISP), enhancing quality of life and fostering independence.
  • Engage in personal care and skill-building activities, positively impacting all aspects of their lives.
  • Organize outings, events, and social activities to foster inclusion and integration within the community.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of activities and care provided, prioritizing safety and well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Passion for making a difference (must be 18+)
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to become a company driver.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting approximately 50 lbs.
  • Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills
  • Successful completion of a level II background check
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment.
