Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location:	New Paris, OH

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in New Paris, Ohio. DSPs will provide day-hab and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. This full-time position offers day shift hours (Monday to Friday) with no weekends or on-call responsibilities. The primary focus of the role is to ensure quality care, daily activities, and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Must have a compassionate nature and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
- Successful completion of criminal background requirements.

**Responsibilities:**
- Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the health and safety of clients with developmental disabilities.
- Provide support and assistance with daily activities, day-hab, and vocational services.
- Make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities every day.
