We at Care for People Plus believe you should have meaningful work that works for you. We contract with 150+ Direct Support Professionals in over 20 counties who are helping others, working part-time flexible hours and bringing home a higher take home pay each week. This case is in Red Lion, helping the individuals with household chores. This is approximately 20-24 hours per week, daytime hours/flexible - $17/ hour).
Here's how to do it:
1. Apply today and we will email you (within 24 hours or less - so check your email!) to set up a quick phone call to tell you more about opportunities in your area.
2. The local Director of Services will contact you for an interview and help you complete your State Qualifications and training.
3. Get connected with individuals in your area to provide support and help them live a more fulfilled life.
Pay rates range from $17-22/ hour depending on the services the individual receives.
What is a Direct Support Professional (DSP)? DSP's provide support and care to individuals living with intellectual disabilities and autism. We encourage consumers to lead independent lives and help them integrate into their community. Some common job duties could include assisting with life skills, companion care, some personal hygiene, as well as taking the individual out into the community for activities.
