Compensation
Most of our design consultants earn over $100,000 annually, and our top designers make $180,000+ annually.

As a member of our design consultant team, you will

• Receive extensive product training at our Denver corporate headquarters followed by field training in your local market on Stoneside's proven sales process
• Ongoing one-on-one coaching and team collaboration to support your success
• Go on approximately ten appointments per week where you meet with our clients in their homes or office
• Learn about our customer's needs and design preferences
• Develop custom proposals to address their needs and tastes
• Enter our client's orders into our automated system
• Enhanced earning opportunities through self-generated leads

Qualifications and Skills

• A proven track record of sales success
• Passion and talent for interior design
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, drive, and determination
• Full-time availability with the ability to work two Saturdays per month
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability car insurance
• Ability to lift a maximum of 35 lbs
• Live within a reasonable distance of the market center
