Dental hgnsts are responsible for cleaning teeth, looking for signs of oral disease in patients, and providing education and preventative care. Specific tasks performed by dental hygienists include lning stns and plaque buildup on teeth, lning undr nd rund the gums, srhing fr ndtrs f rl disease such as swllng, and applying dental prophylaxis, sealants, and topical fluorides as required. Hygienist team player must educate patients on oral care and hygiene such as on flossing, brushing and diet. Additionally, dental hygienists help dentists and other professionals in their office in tasks such as taking radiographs, assisting during dental procedures and making impressions of teeth. Some dental hygienists work for orthodontists and provide care specific to orthodontic patients and procedures.

Dental Hygienist Tasks
Record the presence of diseases or abnormalities.
Examine patients teeth and gums.
Teach patients how to practice good oral hygiene.
Remove soft and hard deposits from teeth.

Must have Dentrix experience or Eaglesoft

Pay is up to $40.00hr (Private Practice)
Mon-Friday
or
Mon-Thursday
