Our Nashville, TN Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associate to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following Bulk driver professional position available:

• Monday - Friday 6:30 AM until route is complete.
• $19.07/ hour

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

• Local Routes - Local routes, home daily - we value your weekends! Be outside building client relationships face-to-face, not sitting behind a desk! 
• Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

• Always Learning - We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.

What You’ll Need

• Required to have a current valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history 
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills
• Problem resolution skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours
• Must successfully complete and be able to maintain requirements of physical set by DOT
• 6 months+ of experience in a bulk/straight truck or larger delivery vehicle

In addition to salary, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, may be offered.

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
