Jimmy John's is looking to hire Delivery Drivers at our Highlands Ranch location! Delivery Driver's are tasked with getting our perfectly made sandwiches to the customer as quick and efficiently as possible! This is accomplished by routing addresses for fastest delivery, double-checking orders for to ensure all sides are being accounted for, and hustling on our feet (we are law-abiding while on the street)! Delivery areas small with high volume orders! When not delivering, drivers help in store by taking orders, helping with clean up, answering phones, and jumping on line as needed! We offer competitive pay starting at $11/hr + cash tips daily with a raise after passing a menu test! The average hourly pay with tips and DMR can be anywhere between $21-$24/hr! You must be 18+ to apply for this position and have a valid drivers license, up to date insurance, and clean MVR report. This is a fast paced intense job, so bring your running shoes! Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old • Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record • Drive safe and obey the rules of the road • Work as an in-shopper when there are no deliveries and learn the menu with 100% accuracy Additional Requirements: • Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts • Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift • Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F Company Introduction We slice our all-natural* meats and fresh veggies in-house every day.
