Advanced Military Source Operations (MSO) Training at the HUMINT Training-Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) provides advanced, experiential-based training and professional development in military source operations to meet the requirements of the Defense HUMINT Enterprise. HT-JCOE is currently located in Tucson, Arizona, at Davis Monthan

• Secret Clearance.

• MSO CAT 1 qualified via OTC, DATC, ASOTC, or Legacy CAT 1 or higher courses are acceptable.

• Able to drive a motor vehicle for up to five hours without assistance; valid civilian driver license.

• Physically capable of sustained walking without a break for five miles over uneven terrain, and in inclement weather.

• Able to understand and communicate discreetly during one-on-one conversations in public venues without attracting undue attention.

• Experience successfully serving as a unit Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO), Chief of Operations, Operating Location Chief or OTC or (Legacy course) certified officer with at least 18 months total in an assignment conducting controlled operations, in addition to the experience listed in 4.1, above.

• No more than 25% of MSO Expert Training Specialists’ operational experience predates the pre-Global War on Terror (GWOT) only; at least 50% have recent operational experience (2010 and later). Essential Functions Candidate must exhibit a professional behavior that promotes teamwork, fosters cooperation, and enhances productivity in the workplace. Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to work effectively with a variety of government, military and contractor personnel at all levels. Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Grooming and dress usually business casual, but dependent on client’s standards. Must not pose a safety hazard to employees working in the same general area.The position for which you are applying for requires a US government security clearance.
