Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

1. 84 months experience working with Agency/business subject matter experts to understand business needs/requirements, Vendors of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, and ITS teams to determine and design data warehouse, application and system requirements.
2. 84 months experience architecting, designing, documenting, and implementing data warehousing, enterprise application integration, and master data management.
3. 84 months experience data modeling and designing normalized Data Warehouse environments for enterprise level applications; and, implementing those designs using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Extract, Transform, Load technologies
4. 84 months experience developing data integrations for heterogeneous systems and business intelligence using SQL (Structured Query Language).
5. 72 months experience performing database comparative analysis for designing new transactional databases and data warehouses, as well as improvements in existing transactional databases and data warehouses.
6. 60 months experience in analytical reasoning, computation, interpretation, and presentation of data to solve business problems.
7. 48 months experience implementing systematic Data Error/Recovery and Cleanup procedures
8. 24 months experience integrating with Kafka.
