We are seeking a motivated Data Science Analyst to transform complex, unstructured data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. In this role, you will leverage advanced statistical methods, research, and modeling to improve operational efficiency and support critical business initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with diverse data sets while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to business outcomes by turning data into meaningful, evidence-based recommendations. You will develop algorithms, conduct rigorous analysis, and provide clear, impactful reporting to support organizational goals.

Accountabilities:

• Mine and analyze complex and unstructured data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and apply algorithms or models to key business metrics to improve operational performance.
• Provide actionable insights and reports to support decision-making across teams.
• Conduct research and analysis to answer business questions and solve operational challenges.
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings effectively through visualizations, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical thinking and statistical knowledge.
• Proficiency in technical tools for data analysis (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SQL, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle basic issues independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting findings.
• Ability to identify, research, and obtain relevant information to inform analysis.
