JD:

Looking for experience with PeopleSoft-to-Workday transitions throughout their career and experience working in a DWH environment and can pull data from Workday to replace Peoplesoft.

• What they need:
  • Someone who's worked in a data warehouse
  • But has done the work of pulling data from PeopleSoft and moved it into Workday
  • PeopleSoft. Making a mapping document of PeopleSoft tables-- how they can pull from workday and move into a DWH
  • Need to have PeopleSoft to Workday experience
  • Could have other tool experience when it comes to ETL
  • ETL with IICS and Snowflake AND PeopleSoft conversion

• Tools:
  • Snowflake
  • IICS would be great-- Informatica

• Candidates she's seen that have been WRONG since she is looking for experience with both :
  • Purely ETL with IICS and Snowflake
  • Or JUST PeopleSoft conversion
