JOB SUMMARY:

The Data Entry Operator at Stratejic Relationships is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely entry, management, and maintenance of data within the company's systems. This role is crucial in supporting the legal team by organizing legal documents, entering and verifying data, and ensuring compliance with internal and external data management regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry:
• Accurately input and update documents, contracts, case information, and other critical data into the company's database systems.
• Maintain organized records of files, ensuring that all data is easily accessible and correctly filed.
• Document Management:
• Review and verify the accuracy of documents before entering them into the database.
• Assist in the digitalization and categorization of documents and records.
• Ensure that all data is managed in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Compliance:
• Ensure that all data entry and management processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data and documents.
• Support the legal team in audits and reviews of legal documentation to ensure compliance.
• Communication:
• Liaise with the team to clarify document details, data requirements, and any discrepancies.
• Respond to data-related inquiries from team members, ensuring clarity and prompt resolution.
• Assist in preparing legal reports and summaries as needed.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and managing calendars.
• Assist with special projects and research tasks as assigned by the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (such as legal studies or business administration) preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a related role is highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with legal management software or databases.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
