What you will do:

  • Develop and deliver long-term strategic goals for data architecture vision and standards
  • Establish processes for governing the identification, collection, and use of corporate metadata, ensuring metadata accuracy and validity
  • Implement methods and procedures for tracking data quality, completeness, redundancy, and improvement
  • Create strategies and plans for data security, backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and archiving
  • Conduct data capacity planning, lifecycle, duration, usage requirements, feasibility studies, and other tasks
  • Ensure data strategies and architectures are in regulatory compliance
  • Determine governance, stewardship, and frameworks for managing data across the organization
  • Select and implement appropriate tools, software, applications, and systems to support data technology goals
  • Oversee the mapping of data sources, data movement, interfaces, and analytics to ensure data quality
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and development plans for enterprise architecture and infrastructure operations

What you will need to be successful:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Data Architect or in a comparable role
  • Comprehensive understanding of database structure principles
  • Expertise in data governance and data quality management
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling and database design
  • Familiarity with data security and privacy best practices
