You will work closely with cross-functional teams to clean, transform, and validate data, develop dashboards, and manage data flows across systems. Accountabilities: Clean, transform, and validate data to prepare it for analysis and reporting. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support various business needs. Manage and coordinate data flows across multiple systems and platforms. Conduct ad hoc analyses and data segmentation to answer evolving business questions. Present insights effectively to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions. Contribute to developing enterprise-wide data assets and analytics platforms. Requirements Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI for dashboard and report development. Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Microsoft Fabric. Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques. Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data environments. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Prior experience in the insurance industry or claims handling. Experience presenting business results and driving stakeholder conversations.
