Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Use analytics and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, analyze patterns, and find opportunities for improvement or streamlining processes.
• Clean and prepare data from various sources to ensure its accuracy and readiness for reporting and analysis.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Create and disseminate routine and ad hoc reports that effectively track and measure KPIs.
• Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Interpret business unit trends and translate those insights into actionable recommendations.
• Present data findings and insights to management, ensuring that data-driven recommendations are understood and can be acted upon.
• Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or related field.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python, R and data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
• Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
Preferred:
• Specialized certifications for programming languages or data analysis techniques a plus.
