Job Description

Data Analyst needs experience two years of professional work experience in data analysis, records management, or similar field. Data Analyst requires:
-Experience working with data and Microsoft Excel. - Broad experience working with Salesforce CRM
-Strong project management skills, with an aptitude for leading end-to-end project delivery.
-Knowledge and understanding of higher education advancement industry

Data Analyst duties:
-Review and manipulate data from source systems to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
-Design and implement data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming data within our CRM.
-Maintain data confidentiality and integrity to protect confidential alumni, donor, and institutional data in accordance with federal, state, and University guidelines.
-Create and maintain documentation for internal process support.
-Develop and enforce rules to ensure data meets quality standards.
-Work closely with various business groups to improve data collection, processing, and sharing. - access management.
