Job Title: Data AnalystJob Description
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for handling reporting and analytics, managing communication across various departments such as customer service, quality, distribution, and sales. You will oversee the completion of necessary tasks, including managing trays, planning, and executing projects. Spine experience is considered ideal but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
+ Communicate with customer service, quality, distribution, and sales teams to provide updates on completed and pending tasks.
+ Manage trays and coordinate demand planning efforts.
+ Work on work orders and participate in weekly meetings.
+ Utilize data analytics to support planning, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field, or 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
+ Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
+ Experience with Oracle R12 ERP and Cognos Analytics (v11).
+ Advanced skills in Excel with macros (VBA) and Power Query (M).
+ Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI (DAX), and Power Automate.
+ Ability to create tools and dashboards integrating large, diverse datasets from multiple systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Spine experience is a plus.
+ Familiarity with supply and demand planning methodologies.
+ Effective communication skills for cross-collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Inventory teams.
Work Environment
The position is based onsite from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible work-from-home options available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Initially, the role requires onsite presence. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on planning and execution within the NPI team. Team culture emphasizes being a team player and strong communication skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
