Your role and responsibilities

Perform counts and adjustments, as needed. Reports cycle count in computer system and prints daily reports Apply defined inventory practices, including physical counts and reconciliation Perform random count of various inventoried items Count finished goods items at various intervals by hand or counting scales Compare actual physical count against system inventory and recount those items that are out of tolerance Investigate root cause of the discrepancy, recommend changes and prepares inventory adjustments Enter adjustments into KBM system after receiving approval Compare actual location of stock with designated locations and make necessary corrections Keep work area neat, orderly and in a safe, hazard-free condition Perform, as assigned, other similar, related and material handling duties

Qualifications for the role

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1 to 3 years of experience working with inventory control
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  • Ability to perform repetitive operations and pull/push functions
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours daily
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Comfortable bending, twisting, reaching
  • Comfortable working with heavy equipment and in a non-climate controlled environment
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
