Description Are you passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Robert Half is seeking a Customer Success Agent to support our clients and ensure they achieve their goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a fast-paced environment in San Diego, CA, with the option to transition to a hybrid work schedule after six months. Key Responsibilities + Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring their needs are met with a high level of service. + Proactively manage customer accounts and address inquiries related to services, billing, scheduling, and troubleshooting. + Support client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new customers. + Communicate effectively and consistently with clients, providing updates, feedback, and solutions to address their concerns. + Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations. + Analyze customer feedback and propose actionable insights to drive improvements in the customer experience. + Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems. Requirements + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. + Experience in customer service, client relations, or account management roles is preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Work Environment + On-site for the first six months: Gain comprehensive training and work closely with your team in our San Diego office. + Hybrid after six months: Enjoy flexibility with both remote and in-office work options, based on company policy.
