What will you be doing?As a Client Services Coordinator , you will support the Child Care Enrollment team by assisting customers with a spectrum of inquiries and developing interest in potential customers. Responsibilities include:• Managing and evolving new enrollment programs
• Updating sale processes, materials, and training
• Developing and maintaining accurate records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Communicating BrightPath's brand identity and points of differentiation to potential parents
• Performing positive relationship development
