Price LeBlanc Nissan seeks a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers on the lot, ensuring they have a positive experience while exploring vehicle options. Your primary focus will be checking in with customers, offering assistance, and presenting a soft sales pitch to explore opportunities to purchase their current vehicle or trade them into a new one.

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Check in with customers during their visit to ensure they are receiving the assistance they need.
• Present a non-aggressive sales approach to discuss the benefits of selling or trading their current vehicle.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales or finance team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, trade-in offers, and promotions.
• Assist with light administrative tasks related to customer inquiries and vehicle evaluations.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall dealership experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.
• A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
• Willingness to learn about vehicle trade-in processes and dealership operations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use dealership software (training provided).
