Elysium Ventures is expanding its reach to the local area and we could not be more excited. Over the years, we have been working with the government-funded Federal Lifeline Program. Through our partnership, we have been able to connect those less fortunate with communication tools that allow them to improve their quality of life as well as their socioeconomic status. We are extremely proud of the work we do and are looking forward to being able to work with even more communities and help even more individuals. 

We are seeking to add an Entry Level Customer Representative to our team as we expand into our new location. A successful associate is someone who:

• Is passionate about helping and working with members of the community

As an Entry Level Customer Representative, you will be trained on:

• Mastering communication skills both internally and externally
• The goals and purpose of the Federal Lifeline Program
• Community outreach tactics
• How to enroll an individual in the program
• Upselling when appropriate for enrollees who may need extra accessories in addition to their communication device
• Becoming a leader in the workplace

Entry Level Customer Representative Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Ged/Equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience working in a people-centric organization

This role involves the selling of products or services and commission pay
