About the Copywriter position

We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to write clear and concise copy for Email & SMS briefs.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail. You'll need to be able to write across a plethora of brands & industries.

Who We Are:

KapturBox is an Email & SMS marketing agency -- we work with eCommerce/DTC brands to drive their growth through rentention.

In 2021 we started with just 2, our cofounders; and now we're a team of 10+ around the country managing millions of Klaviyo attributable revenue for some of the fastest growing brands in eCommerce.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a researcher first, super word-nerd second.
• Loves digging into brands, their competitors and consuming whatever you can to learn the ins and outs of what makes companies separate themselves.
• Hungry to learn and consume resources to improve.
• IMPORTANT - A chameleon of voice who's able to switch voices based on various industries and brands to accomplish the tasks required.

Copywriter responsibilities are:

• Writing clear, creative & on brand emails & texts.

• Understanding clients and being able to differentiate voice between brands.

• Working closely with Pod Operators & Designers.

• Researching and consuming available resources relating to brands to gain insight.

• Proofreading/editing
