Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a thrilling new challenge? Our company is seeking a seasoned professional who can handle the fast-paced, complex demands of our construction projects. This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to work on a variety of diverse projects, ranging from small renovations to large-scale commercial builds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks, solve problems quickly, and lead a team to success.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review project plans and proposals, and work with management to develop project objectives.
3. Identify and address issues that could lead to delays, cost overruns, or substandard quality.
4. Negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers.
5. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
6. Implement effective communication strategy to regularly update all relevant parties on project progress.
7. Implement effective cost control measures to ensure project profitability.
8. Handle customer service inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain positive client relationships.
9. Manage the procurement of tools, equipment, and materials necessary for project execution.
10. Perform rigorous quality control activities to ensure the highest standards are met.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
3. Proven experience in contract negotiation, cost control, and project management.
4. Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
6. Strong knowledge of building codes, quality control, and safety regulations.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Proficient in strategic planning and team leadership.
9. Experience in materials management and customer service.
10. Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
