What You’ll Do:

• Manage commercial roofing projects from planning to completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Problem-solve on-site challenges and maintain project efficiency
  

Requirements

5+ years   of experience in   commercial roofing or construction management

Strong knowledge of   roofing materials, installation methods, and building codes

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
