Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek new business opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand clients' flooring needs.
• Offer expert advice on flooring and window covering options, designs, and installation services.
• Follow up on leads through various channels like phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with the team to create accurate project proposals tailored to clients' needs.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of materials by coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitors' activities.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Assist with various tasks and projects as required.

Requires:

• Proven sales track record, preferably in the flooring industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Customer-focused with excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
