About the Role:

What You'll Do:
Analyze and evaluate commercial auto applications to assess risk and make informed decisions.
Directly contribute to the profitability and success of our business.
Manage your own book of business with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and insureds, becoming a trusted partner.
Use your experience to collect, analyze, and evaluate potential loss hazards, structuring insurance programs that meet our insureds' needs.
Participate in a comprehensive training program that includes one-on-one mentoring, classroom instruction, and self-study.
What You'll Bring:
Prior experience in finance, banking, sales, or a profession where you built and developed long-term relationships is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze risk.
Ability to identify customer needs and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
