Job Title: Commercial Roofing Service Superintendent

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Roofing Service Superintendent to join our dynamic team based in Clinton, MD. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
2. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate roofing crews, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring that all roofing installations meet or exceed industry, manufacturer, and company specifications.
4. Safety Compliance: Uphold strict safety standards on job sites, conducting regular safety meetings and implementing necessary measures to prevent accidents or injuries.
5. Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Material and Equipment Management: Oversee the procurement and efficient use of materials and equipment, optimizing resources to maximize productivity.
7. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and any other necessary records.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of ten (10) of experience in commercial roofing, with a proven track record of successful project management.
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
3. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Safety Focus: Commitment to upholding and enforcing safety standards on job sites.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
6. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
7. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
