• Identify potential opportunities in the commercial real estate sector in the Houston area
• Perform detailed market analysis, property valuations, and financial assessments
• Establish and nurture long-term connections with clients and investors
• Stay updated on current industry trends and market conditions.
• Implement advanced technology to enhance transaction efficiency and business growth
• Engage in continuous learning through training, coaching, and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications:

• Hold an active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one
• Demonstrate interest and experience in the field of commercial real estate
• Possess strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
• Capable of handling multiple transactions efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Display an enterprising mindset and self-driven motivation
• Engage in prospecting for new business through cold calls, networking, and industry event attendance
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
