Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Commercial lead generation • Database campaigns • Close commercial sales • Sales scripts mastery • Follow the plan Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience About Company: Keller Williams Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
