The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality craftsmanship, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Lead and manage commercial HVAC projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring all project objectives are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to achieve project goals.
* Conduct regular site visits to oversee work progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to overcome project challenges, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand project scope, objectives, and budgetary constraints, providing valuable insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
* Mentor and coach junior staff members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional development and growth within the organization.
* Promote a culture of safety, quality, and excellence, emphasizing the importance of adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Project management: 5 years (Preferred)
* Experience in the HVAC field (Required)
