Expected Salary:

$23.00 to $36.00 per hour (2nd shift differential $2.00 per hour)

Brief Description

CNC Lathe-Mill Machinist experience with Live Tooling. Works with little supervision.

Key Accountabilities

• Completes set-ups with minimal supervision/assistance.
• Responsible for all phases of part operation set-up to achieve first article acceptance.
• Perform and maintain accurate in-process quality inspection and records.

Desirable Experience and Capabilities

• At least five (5) years experience operation set-up on CNC Lathe and Mill equipment.
• Multiple Turret and Multi-Axis’s experience, Y / B Axis a plus.
• Skilled in the use of indicator, gage, dial bores, and plate inspection methods for first article and in-process inspection of precision machined parts.
• Ability to maintain close tolerances (within .0005”) of ID’s, hold .0005 profile, roundness.
• Knowledge of cutting tools feeds, speeds, and inserts tool life for aerospace machining.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and interpret blue print and quality requirements.
• Ability to communicate with employees and management in a positive manner.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. (over 25 lbs. with assistance).
• Ideal candidate will have experience with AS9100, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Must be a US Person per ITAR requirements (US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Hold
