Job Description

Job Summary: We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers to join our team at Professional Care Match, LLC. Our caregivers provide high-quality, in-home care for clients in the North Shore, Massachusetts area. This is an immediate hire opportunity and candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a full-time caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families on a daily basis. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time hourly position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Professional Care Match, LLC also offers ongoing training and career development opportunities for our team members. Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and high-quality in-home care to clients
  • Assist with grooming, bathing, and personal hygiene
  • Administer medications as directed by a healthcare professional
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Communicate regularly with clients and their families to provide updates on care
  • Support clients in maintaining a safe and healthy living environment
  • Follow care plan and documentation procedures accurately and timely
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements:
  • Must be a certified CNA, HHA, or PCA
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving, preferably in a home setting
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must have a compassionate and patient demeanor
