Now Hiring: Chinese-Speaking Salesperson

Bay Ridge Honda is actively seeking a Chinese-speaking Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We have a large base of Chinese-speaking customers and need someone who can connect with them and guide them through the car buying experience. You don’t need any prior automotive experience—just a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus—but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist Chinese-speaking customers in the showroom.
• Learn and present Honda new and pre-owned vehicles with confidence.
• Walk customers through the purchase process with honesty and care.
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, or WeChat to maintain relationships.
• Work with your manager to achieve monthly goals and grow your income.
