Job Title: Childcare Provider/Youth Care Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals with backgrounds in direct support education or childcare boasting a minimum of two years of experience with children. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of children at a childcare facility located in the bustling heart of midtown Manhattan. As a Childcare Professional you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized care to children both individually and in small group settings (36 children) within our innovative POD rooms collaborating closely with another dedicated childcare worker.

Location: 492 1st Ave NY NY 10016 (Next to Bellevue Hospital).

Shift times:

• Night Shift (11:00 pm 7:00 am)
• Day Shift (7:00 am 3:00 pm)
• Evening Shift (3:00 pm11:00 pm)

Scheduling Options:

• Sunday through Thursday (Friday/Saturday off).
• Tuesday through Saturday (Sunday/Monday off) and nbsp;

Payrate:

• New Employees (First 90 Days): $16.00 per hour.

After 90 Days:

• Weekend Shifts (Saturday/Sunday): $22.00/hour.
• Night Shift (11:00 pm 7:00 am): $20.50/hour.
• Day Shift (7:00 am 3:00 pm): $20.00/hour.
• Evening Shift (4:00 pm11:00 pm): $20.75/hour.
• Holidays: $25.00/hour.

Incentive Plan: and nbsp;

• A $300 bonus will be awarded after each 13week assignment contingent upon attendance and evaluations

Qualifications for Interview:

• Genuine commitment to childrens wellbeing.
• Updated resume showcasing a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Proof of at least one or two doses of the required vaccine(s) with no booster requirement.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or higher educational attainment. and nbsp;

Note: This is a relief position. Compensation will be provided for hours worked beyond the shift after accumulating 40 hours of work. and nbsp;
