Key Responsibilities :
Utilize evidence-based, developmentally and psychologically appropriate interventions to support infants, children, youth, and families.
Provide therapeutic play, preparation, and education to reduce fear, anxiety, and pain during medical procedures.
Champion the philosophy of family-centered care, ensuring the psychosocial needs of children and families are met throughout their hospital journey.
