The organization is at a pivotal moment of growth, and is elevating people operations by creating a new role: Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO). Reporting directly to the Executive Director/CEO of this $64 million organization, the CPCO will lead the people function for our 30 core employees and the more than 300 located across the country in the organizations served. These organizations exist to change the world.
The CPCO will lead the People and Culture team, which includes a Director of People and Culture and a Generalist, ensuring alignment between organizational strategy and employee experience. In this role, you’ll operate both strategically and tactically, guiding HR initiatives while producing work product that contributes to the daily success of the organization.
