Chief of Data Governance
Hybrid | Located near Scranton, PA
We are seeking a Chief of Data Governance to lead enterprise data strategy and oversee a high-performing Data Operations organization. This is a mission-critical leadership opportunity to define how the firm treats data as a core strategic asset.
In this role, you will set the vision for data governance, quality, integrity, and accessibility across the business. You’ll also drive the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced data tooling, working with platforms such as Addepar, Canoe Intelligence, Enfusion, Allvue Systems, Arch, Bipsync, Wokelo, Citco, Preqin, SimCorp, or iCapital to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and elevate operational efficiency.
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader with deep expertise in large-scale investment data — including environments containing 25+ years of historical data. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and technical fluency, ensuring data models, analytics workflows, and governance frameworks are robust, scalable, and secure.
