Reporting to the Head of School, the Chief Financial/Operating Officer (CFO/COO) is responsible for developing and executing the financial and operational strategy of San Diego Jewish Academy (SDJA). This leadership role is key to ensuring SDJA's financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and alignment with the school's mission. The CFO/COO will lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, while also overseeing key operational areas to ensure continuous improvement and collaboration.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $225,000 to $315,000. The offer to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience, training, practical knowledge, and education.
