ResponsibilitiesAs the Change Manager you will take ownership of a portfolio of business units undergoing significant transformation initiatives, and play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, fostering innovation, and ensuring successful outcomes for each business unit within the portfolio. You are empowered to make a real difference by supporting Senior level leaders through complex transformations. While helping our organizations through the change journey, you are continuously learning about various business models, increasing your skill sets and collaborating across the organization.

Please note this role requires travel of 50-60%, with an expectation to be on-site at one of our technology hubs four days a week when not traveling (Des Moines IA Metro, Philadelphia PA Metro, or the DC Metro). This is a hybrid role and not a fully remote role.
