Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

  • Potential Annual Earnings:
    • Average annual earnings is an estimationdependent on hours worked per week, overtime hours worked, product service line, location, and position. An offer of employment with Halliburton does not guarantee employment for any length of time. Actual pay will be discussed and finalized at the time of the offer.
  • Position is eligible for a $800/month stipend based out of Williston, ND.
  • $45/day Per Diem or paid living accommodations during scheduled working time. (Williston Only)
  • 2 weeks on 1 week off schedule *Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs.*
  • Employees are responsible for their own travel to and from Williston, ND for their work rotation as well as their own transportation to and from the Halliburton facility for each work day.
Job Duties and Qualifications

Job Duties:

  • Under general supervision, treats oil and gas wells for a variety of conditions.
  • The most common of which include the prevention of corrosion, paraffin scale, water loading, and foaming and emulsions.
  • Operates company vehicles to transport chemicals to and from the well site.
  • The number of well sites visited in one day is dependent on the region and can vary from 30-80 per day if the wells are in close proximity.
  • Treater II will be responsible for reading gauges and understanding how to operate valves to prevent chemical leakage.
  • This requires an essential understanding of pressures.
  • The job also requires the ability to read maps and to navigate using an innate sense of direction.
  • Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing PPE.
  • Performs other duties and activities as directed.
  • Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Requires Class A CDL with Hazmat.
  • Skills are typically acquired through on the job training and appropriate driver training with at least 1 year of experience in the industry.
