Job Description

Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external customers.  
  • Identifying key business opportunities through collaborative business planning.  
  • Identifying relevant insights, leveraging industry knowledge to advance the beverage category strategy and solutions.  
  • Partners with key internal customers and retailers to build an effective space and assortment strategy.  
  • Viewed by retailers as a subject matter expert in space & assortment.  
  • Leverage retailer relationship to gain fair share or more space.  
  • 80% managing reset teams, 20% focused on space planning
  • Travel up to 20% of the time, but majority of time spent in field managing team  
  • Located in the East Bay or Sacramento area is required
  • Other duties as assigned   
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7 plus years of related experience with 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 10 plus years of specific experience with 5 plus years of management experience 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s Degree
