POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Carpet Cleaner/Pressure Washer, you’ll move from property to property to address carpet cleaning and pressure washing needs and ensure our homes are always pristine. You’ll also use your home care skills to address any “honey do” list type of maintenance tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform carpet cleaning and pressure washing at multiple residential properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, addressing “honey do” list items to maintain the overall condition of homes.
• Organize and maintain cleaning and maintenance tools, ensuring they are properly stored and ready for use.
• Inspect properties for areas that need attention, proactively identifying and addressing cleaning or maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
• Adhere to company standards for safety and cleanliness, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and care.
• Communicate with supervisors to report on completed tasks or any additional work needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven home care experience is required
• We are skilled in utilizing tools like a multimeter, drywall trowel, drill, etc. We're not running a construction site; these are quick, light tasks to tackle “honey-do list”-type tasks swiftly.
• A dependable car or truck is essential for commuting to work, as well as a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. (Company vehicles are available for use on the job.)
• Established residence on the North Coast or a solid transition plan in place. Ie. Lease
• Basic computer, internet, and typing skills are needed. Advanced skills are a plus, not required. Able to comfortably manage a schedule and maintain orders on a laptop.
• Must refrain from using pot, both on and off the job, able to pass a drug test.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $16 - $22 based on experience and achievement

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule, a typical schedule is 9:00 - 5:30 pm, 5 days a week. Some weekends required.
