JOB SUMMARY:
The Telephone Sales Advisor is responsible for handling telephone calls from internal and external customers and attempts to sell Protection Agreements on Sears products that the customer either already owns or has recently purchased. The Telephone Sales Advisor also answers questions from existing or prior Protection Agreement customers and must be able to handle complex customer issues on a recurring basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve our members needs and creating opportunity for a Sale, Renewal, up sale to both new and existing customers through Inbound Calls
Communicate product knowledge effectively with customers to inform them of the features, benefits, and use of all products and services
Assist, inform and help customers on their purchase decision
Explain the benefits of services and products to customer
Provide superior customer service with all customer interactions
Evaluate customer"s potential product needs and help with appropriate recommendations
Focus on quality customers for retention purposes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills
Sales skills and the ability to close a Sale is recommended
Previous experience in a customer-focused support role or sales/call center role is an asset
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Computer and multitasking skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Regular Work Schedule: MUST be available to work a 5 Day Work Schedule between the hours of 12pm and 9pm during the Weekday, Saturdays between the hours of 9am and 8pm. Set Days Off: 1 Weekday and 1 Weekend Day Off
