Job Description

We are a leading provider of contact management solutions, serving over 10,000 clients with more than 20 contact centers across the USA and Canada. Our services include telephone answering, customer support, sales, and market research, among others.

Summary:
We are seeking customer-oriented Remote Call Center Agents to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, documenting interactions accurately, and upholding company policies with integrity.

Job Duties:

Typing and data entry
Upselling products and services
Scheduling appointments
Maintaining knowledge of campaign offerings and promotions
Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
Strong people skills and active listening abilities
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Sales experience preferred
High School diploma or GED
Basic computer literacy
Experience in an outbound call environment
Work-At-Home Requirements:

PC/Laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets not compatible)
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
USB-connected headset
Webcam
Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
